Parent Portal

The London District Catholic School Board is pleased to announce Parent Portal access for parents and guardians of secondary students. The Parent Portal will allow parents and guardians to access the following information:

  • Current grades and attendance
  • Grade history
  • Attendance history
  • School bulletin
  • Current schedule
  • and more!

Signing Up

Already done! Accounts have been created for parents and guardians using the email address on file at your child’s school.

Activating Your Account

  1. Visit https://ldcsb.powerschool.com/public/home.html
  2. Click Forgot Username or Password
  3. Make sure you are on the Forgot Password and type in your Parent Username and Parent Email Address. Your username is your email address on file at the school. 
  4. Click Enter
  5. Check your email for an email from PowerSchool (make sure to check your junk mail). 
  6. Click the link in the email to activate your account. The email will expire in 24 hours. 
  7. Add the Parent Portal link to your bookmarks for easy access.

 

Notes:

  • If you cannot access your child, please contact your school after September 6. Student information is added automatically. You should be able to access all your children attending LDCSB schools.
  • The Parent Portal is best viewed on a computer. If you prefer to use a mobile device, please download the PowerSchool Mobile app, and use the District Code ZJBB for the first sign-in.
  • If you are experiencing sign-in issues, please contact your child’s school after September 6 for assistance. For security reasons, PowerSchool is unable to assist with sign-in, password, or other accessibility-related issues.
  • Parents of students 18 years or older will not be able to access the Parent Portal until their child gives the school permission.
