Grade 10 -12 Non-LDCSB Registration

Students/Parents please register your child for MTS through the online registration process beginning January 8, 2024.  This should be completed where possible by February 29 2024.   
  1. Find your school (determine eligibility based on address or program)  click here 
  2. Complete the online registration click here (Please remember to select new student in the 2024-2025 school year).
  3. Once completed, MTS will review your registration. Please email the following documents to MTS guidance [email protected]
  • Applying for grade 10,11,12, a transcript, a graduation summary or student status sheet.
  • A copy of consent form SE5. (note this is a two page document and both sides are to be completed)
  • A copy of Why Catholic Education form.
  • A copy of your IEP (if student is on an Individual Education Plan).
 
You will not be competing course selection in myBlueprint. You will complete this process with the school once registration is completed. Please complete the course selection sheet below to choose your courses. ( you will need to save the form after completing it and then email it to the guidance office [email protected]).
