Grade 8 Non-LDCSB Student Registration

Parents please register your child for MTS through the online registration process beginning January 8, 2024.  This should be completed where possible by February 29, 2024.   

1. Find your school (confirm eligibility based on address/program)  click here 
2. Complete the online registration click here.(Please remember to select new student in the 2024-2025 school year).
3. Once completed, MTS will review your registration. Please email all of the following documents to MTS guidance [email protected].  You will be contacted after all forms have been submitted.

• Please include a copy of your grade 7 report card and grade 8 progress report.
• A copy of consent form SE5
• A copy of Why Catholic Education form
• A copy of your IEP (if student is on an Individual Education Plan)
