Application Information

 Current MTS Students
 
  • Can choose a Pre-AP course directly in their myBlueprint account.
  • All students new to the program must complete the attached application and hand into the guidance office.
  • Only students new to the program require the teacher reference.
  • Students can take a Pre-AP course if they have not taken the pre-requisite course. In this case they need a teacher reference in that subject area. For example if you completed MPM2D and not MPM2DA, and wish to take MCR3UA. You are required to include a teacher reference.
  • If accepted the student will see there status when fall courses are available for viewing in Student and Parent Portal

New registrants to MTS
 
  • Please select the corresponding academic or university level course which mirrors the Pre-AP courses offered at the school. Example, select SNC2D, if you wish to take SNC2DA.
  • Complete the application attached for students New to MTS.
  • Counsellors will review your application along with report card or transcripts to determine eligibility.
  • If accepted, your course selections will be changed to a Pre-AP class
  • If accepted, the student will see their status on the course verification sheet mailed out in late spring
